SPE is an international organization of more than 79,000 members. Organized under the laws of The Netherlands, Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Stichting is made up of several regional operating entities:

SPE's Mission

To collect, disseminate, and exchange technical knowledge concerning the exploration, development and production of oil and gas resources, and related technologies for the public benefit; and to provide opportunities for professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence.

Requests for charitable funding

The board of SPE Europe Ltd would be pleased to receive funding requests for projects or activities that fit within its charitable objectives. Such requests will be considered by a sub-committee of the Board on a quarterly basis, with notifications being issued shortly after each meeting.
